I rented an apartment in Sochi from Igor through Rest in Sochi for a month, in February, 2010. The apartment was well-furnished, impeccably clean, and with a fully outfitted kitchen, overlooking the pedestrian zone of a quiet, friendly, residential street that was just 10 minutes walk along the river to the very city center. Igor and his family cleaned the apartment every week – really, they scrubbed it top to bottom – and changed the sheets, towels, and kitchen linens. I enjoyed the apartment so much, and also got along so well with them, that it was without question that, when I returned to Sochi in September, this time for 9 months and with my husband, I would rent their apartment again. Theirs is a real family business, and they are very ethical, hard-working and kind people. When I got the flu, the family stopped by every day with food, medicine, and just to say hello and see how I was doing. Igor met me at the airport at 3 a.m. (international flights to Sochi arrive in the middle of the night) and settled me in, just as according to plan. I should also mention that Igor went to an English school and speaks and writes excellent English.
I have already recommended this site to everyone who is thinking of coming to Sochi, whether on business or as a tourist, or, as in my case, as a researcher, and recommend it here without any reservation.

The apartment I am staying is on Rose Street, which is very conveniently located in the pedestrian city center of Sochi. There are plenty of stores nearby and the train station is just minutes away. The windows look out on a playground surrounded by palm trees. A great benefit for me is that the French owned croissanterie Napoleon is around the corner, so i can get fresh take away latte to take back to the apartment to start of my working day.
Igor has been very punctual and quick to answer my few calls. We met hours after my arrival and closed the deal within hours. After a week he called himself to make an appointment to clean the sheets and replace towels.
All in all I can wholeheartedly recommend his services. I do hope that the apartment will be available again when I return this spring.

I stayed in Rose 50 for two weeks in March 2013. The apartment was perfect – clean, comfortable, and centrally located. The leafy green neighbourhood was quiet and a short walk from lots of nice cafes, shops, and sights. The apartment itself has a fully-equipped kitchen with a spacious sitting-room and bedroom. It was cleaned during my stay, with fresh towels and bedlinen provided. It also has excellent wifi so it was possible to work from home. Even for just a two week stay the apartment provided the space, comfort, and value that a hotel could not.
Whenever I had any queries, whether before I arrived in Sochi or while there, Igor was very prompt to reply (by email and/or phone). I received a very professional service but with a personal touch – when Igor picked me up from the airport on a Sunday evening we stopped by a store so that I could buy groceries, which was much appreciated.
Igor is local and lives in Sochi so knows the city and surrounding area very well, and can offer very informed tips and suggestions on what to see and do. I would highly recommend this site to anyone intending to visit Sochi.
Igor is a very helpful and friendly host. He met us at the airport, explained necessary information as we drove to the apartment. Once we arrived, he walked around the neighborhood with us to show us how to get to the train station, where to buy food, and explained how to register for our Olympic passport and get to the Olympic games, etc. The apartment on Roz was warm and clean, and both bedrooms were comfortable. The balcony in one room is perfect for smokers. Olympic games and that park were very nice and things in general were much cheaper that I expected. It was a great experience! Will definitely stay in touch and stay with him again next time I come to Sochi!
